On Day 2 you will depart Arusha after breakfast and drive south toward Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania's most underrated treasures, famous for its enormous elephant herds and ancient baobab silhouettes. After a game drive along the lakeshore and through the forest, you will continue to your lodge near Karatu for your final night on safari.
