Design and sell customized travel packages that match clients’ preferences, budgets, and dreams.
Drive conversions: closing sales will be your primary success metric — we need someone who can turn inquiries into bookings.
Provide expert travel advice on destinations, itineraries, accommodation, activities, and logistics.
Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring repeat business and strong referrals.
Coordinate with service providers — airlines, lodges, hotels, and transport partners — to ensure seamless client experiences.
Stay ahead of travel trends and keep our offerings fresh, competitive, and enticing.
Handle inquiries and issues quickly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Proven ability to close sales — this will be a key KPI in your role.
2–3 years of prior experience in tours and travel (or a related high-value sales role).
Students or graduates from Kenya Utalii College are preferred, but this is not a strict requirement.
Deep destination knowledge — especially within Africa, plus awareness of global travel trends.
Excellent communication skills — written, spoken, and persuasive.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in travel booking tools.
Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
